Fiend is about a guy, an everyman, who has to learn not everything can be fought head on with brute strength or rage.

What genres does your screenplay fall under?

Why should this screenplay be made into a movie?

Fiend is a true thriller with a slow burn of the type M. Night Shyamalan has made.

How would you describe this script in two words?

subtly creepy

When Harry Met Sally

How long have you been working on this screenplay?

About a year–I first wrote it as a short story and later adapted it to the screen.

How many stories have you written?

I’ve written two feature length scripts, two shorts, and a pilot in the last 12 months.

What is your favorite song? (Or, what song have you listened to the most times in your life?)

What obstacles did you face to finish this screenplay?

Telling the story without giving it away.

Apart from writing, what else are you passionate about?

I thoroughly enjoy reading, gardening, and family time.

What influenced you to enter the festival? What were your feelings on the initial feedback you received?

I wanted to see if the story could win some laurels and receive the attention it deserves. The feedback has been wonderfully helpful and much appreciated. I applied the suggestions to my script immediately.
