Keren is a WGA writer and director who focuses on character-driven science fiction and adventure stories that explore the strange, unusual, and topical issues of our time. She earned her MFA in Creative Writing at Full Sail University and her Master Screenwriting Certificate at ScreenwritingU,
She is currently in development with multiple projects, including a one-hour sci-fi series and a short-form comedy series, which is slated to shoot in Auckland later this year. Keren has worked with The Gillen Group (“Fried Green Tomatoes”) for the past several years, and has recently completed a new one hour, hard-science, dystopian series for them.
Keren completed her New Zealand, directorial debut, with the short film, “Defense +4” in May 2021.
Maintaining residency in New Zealand and dual citizenship with USA/Canada, Keren lives in Auckland, New Zealand with her husband and four children.
