Torn apart by election wars and crippled with insurmountable debt, The United States of 2028 makes the decision to sell itself to four super-corporations each carving out their own sovereign territory. No longer needed, a team of special forces members disperses into varying aspects of their new corporations only to be brought together 6 years later (2034) by their former captain for a secretly sanctioned mission that has them crossing corporate borders to return stolen technology.
